TCCA Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide free childcare, extended social services preventable and preventative health care and prenatal education services to the parents of infants and toddlers. TCCA Closure
TCCA schools and adminstration office will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, due to inclement weather. We plan to reopen on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, during regular business hours, weather permitting.
